the art director and her selected works

Hello

Nice to meet you!

I'm Tanya, an art director with a knack

for creating eye-catching stories.

My background in design for retail

and fashion equips me to handle diverse projects independently or collaboratively, with a strong ability

to give and receive direction.

While my portfolio mainly showcases design projects, I am a visual creator who aims to leave a good impression or bring something thoughtful for others.

Let some of my works do the talking...

1/

Career Highlights

I am constantly exploring ways

to enhance idea visualization.

If the images fall short in explaining the concept, I trust my design instincts. You can see this in the email designs and homepage sliders I made for two sewing pattern brands with a similar idea.

“Vivid colors team up like superheroes, telling stories that shift from cheerful to daring, jazzing up everything from emails, homepage sliders to social media like

a lively party on screen!”

—an interesting description by generative AI for my approach.

2/

I apply creativity effectively in my work.

Drawn Right Arrow

In my role as a designer, problem-solving has become natural. I often found myself envisioning how to transform plain or uninteresting images into visually captivating designs that tell intriguing stories.

I have a keen eye for design.

I pay attention to visual details, notice the balance of colors, shapes, angles and other elements in front of me. So that I can identify what complements each other to create a visually pleasing result.

Here are some of my recent works for 2 fashion brands showcasing my exceptional sense of style.

4/

When life gives me lemons, I get creative.

Until a dream project rolls around, I’m usually just figuring out how to tackle any challenge by pushing myself to keep making work I can feel proud of with every

step forward.

These are some of the product sheets I had to photograph for (left) using only a small camera, shot in the office, without any additional equipment and then made them presentable.

I designed and hand-made a set of 50 pieces of this media kit.

5/

I am ready for any responsibility, any delight that comes my way.

A visit to Barcelona ignited my interest in photography. Grateful

for a friend, I captured some candid moments, turning them into a personal storybook reflecting my visual journey.

In my role as creative team lead, I offered guidance and allowed my junior designer

to shine in crafting a web story highlighting a vintage glam-themed collection. The aim was to appeal to stylish young adults who appreciate classic aesthetics.

Bringing ideas to life beyond design excites me. It is fulfilling to see concepts materialize, see ideas translate into tangible outcomes.

For instance, in this project I had to play multiple roles, from ideating to approving the final booklet.

“Put your work

out there!

It’s a gift

to the world.”
